Our laboratory services under ‘Wear Check’ division offers oil condition reports on the condition of the used hydraulics and gear oils. Measurements are made through our in-house laser particle count equipment which examines the level of dirt or metals in your oils according to ISO standards. Wear Check ensures that your equipment lasts longer, preventing costly damages due to contaminated oils. Our standard tests include viscosity check and water levels in the oils. This would indicate whether the oil could be further used or not. Exact identification of metal substances are done in our associate’s lab in Germany. Also, we provide a detailed analysis of the coolant concentrates and coolant in use so that we can prolong the service life of the coolant, improve the production quality and aimed to reduce the operating costs.
