Our laboratory services under ‘Wear Check’ division offers oil condition reports on the condition of the used hydraulics and gear oils. Measurements are made through our in-house laser particle count equipment which examines the level of dirt or metals in your oils according to ISO standards.Standard tests include viscosity check and water levels in the oils. This would indicate whether the oil could be further used or not. Exact types of metal present are done in our associate’s lab in Germany. Wear Check ensures that your equipment lasts longer preventing costly damages due to contaminated oils.

We analyse how we can maximise your oil life so you will save costs. When the ‘fitness’ level of your oils is made known using our laboratory facilities, we recommend the right equipment and special filter elements to remove unwanted water, dirt and wear metals.

This means substantial savings on oils, wear & tear on valves, pumps & less waste oils to dispose. Oils by itself do not break down as it is outside elements like water, dirt and metal particles that causes oils to be prematurely thrown away.
